Thursday, March 5th

Most will be arriving this day. Registration is open, so you can beat the crowds by getting your badges first!

At 8pm, Trivial Warfare takes place in Crystal Ballroom G1. This is open to all. Click here for info

Friday, March 6th

9:00am: THE FIRST EVER PODCAST EDITORS CONFERENCE!!! Please be in the room, Grand 14, by 8:30am. We have a couple small gifts to present you during check-in.

11:45am we will organize groups who want to get lunch. See list of restaurants below.

4:oopm: Craig Wealand finished the conference with his session, but it’s not over!

5:00-7:00pm is The Marketplace. Podcasters who are looking for help with their shows will be able to ask you questions, so make sure you have your business cards and/or flyers ready!

6:00-9:00pm: Influencer Meet ‘n Greet (aka Strategic Alliance) is open to all in the Crystal Ballroom G1. This is another great place to network and meet new people (aka: potential clients).

10:00-11:00pm: StoryJam Storytelling Hour: A Podfest event taking place in Crystal Ballroom G1

11:50pm: SpaceX rocket launch. It is said you can see this from Orlando on a clear night. I’ll certainly be looking for an open area to be watching this!

Saturday, March 7th

9:00am-5:00pm: Podfest sessions and keynotes. See list of Speaker Sessions to support your fellow Podcast Editors

7:00pm – 10:30pm: Dueling Pianos, Felix and Fingers in Crystal Ballroom G1

Sunday, March 8th

7:30am-?: Meetup at Panara, 8600 Vineland Ave, Orlando, FL. Join podcast editors and show notes writers for an informal social gathering.

9:30am-2:15pm: Podfest sessions and keynotes. See list of Speaker Sessions to support your fellow Podcast Editors

2:15pm-4:00ish: Closing ceremony, including the Pazzies, Prizes, Gratitude/Wrap-up Party in Crystal Ballroom G1

6:30pm-8:30pm: Whirly Ball (off site). First 100 attendees get a free drink, courtesy of Rebel Media. Whirlyball.com, 6464 International Dr, Orlando, FL

I hope you found this helpful.

The hotel is HUGE and has a small market that has almost anything you could ever ask for. Except your laptop power cable. Make sure you have that in your carry-on!
